What is DPAC?

We are the official parent voice for School District 73.

DPAC stands for District Parent Advisory Council. Each PAC is encouraged to elect 2 DPAC reps to attend our monthly meetings. We elect an executive to conduct business between meetings, but our direction is determined by our members, just like at PACs.

  • We advise the Board of Education on any matter relating to education in the district.
  • We facilitate communication, sending information to PACs on upcoming events and programs.
  • We provide training, host speakers, and run workshops and networking events for parents.
  • We function as a resource for individual parents and for PACs doing work at the school level.
Your executive

The parents behind DPAC.

Our executive conducts business between meetings, but the direction of DPAC is always set by our members.
